Packaging
Seeds are shipped 100% stealth in discreet packaging. This applies to both shipping options, ie. with or without breeder pack. There is no information written on the shipment that refers to the contents. If the delivery address is from a friend or family member make sure that they safeguard or open the contents and don't throw away anything. We have a very secure stealth shipping method and uninformed recipients may mistake the contents for something else.
Seeds are sent in their original packaging in a 100% stealth manner as standard method and are professionally packed to prevent damage. Damage to seeds is very rare but we cannot guarantee anything. If you prefer 100% crush-proof packaging please choose to send in a CD box (see below).
Please note: Greenhouse Seeds, Barney's Farm, Joint Doctor's Lowryder, Sensi Seeds & Kiwiseeds have crush-proof "breeder packs" (ie. original packaging).
Posters are sent in a crush-proof poster tube for optimal protection. You have the choice to include your seed order in the same packaging if you ordered one of these items. The poster tube has a length of 34cm/14 inches and is securely sealed with plastic lids and tape. If it does not fit in your mail box you may have to collect it from your local post office and sign for it.
We do not send posters to the following countries: France, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova.
Shipping Options
Air Mail in CD box (w/o breeder pack): is an available option during check-out.
Seeds are repacked air-tight, odourless and stealth. This type of shipping will automatically come without breeder packs (ie. the original packaging).
This option is recommended if you think there is a reasonable chance of your mail being opened and examined by other persons than yourself and valuable contents might go missing. It also guarantees that seeds are not damaged during delivery. Orders sent without breeder pack are discreetly labelled so that you can identify different strains in case you order more than one. Shipments with CD box are safe and this option does not compromise secure delivery.
Shipping and handling
The shipping & handling charges are listed in the shopping basket and in your order confirmation. You can view the shipping charges during check-out before you send your order. Choose "pick your currency" (top right corner) for approx. prices in USD or other currencies.
EU: 3,50 Euros / CD box: 4,50 Euros
World: 4,50 Euros / CD box: 6,- Euros
Methods of shipment
Orders are sent with regular air mail (no tracking number, no signing upon delivery). Due to our careful and professional shipping all our customers can expect to receive their orders safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any failures in the postal system, or if a customer provides an incomplete/faulty address, etc. (please see our Terms). Our shipping method has a 99.9% success rate for safe delivery in terms of undamaged goods and receipt of shipment. The seeds are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation. Crush-proof packaging is offered by some seed banks (see list under "Packaging" above) and via the addtional option of the CD box. In addition, we offer a replacement guarantee for Mandala Seeds in the event of damage. Please see below for more info.
Registered/certified air mail is available on request and costs 1,- Euro/ 2,- USD extra. You have to sign upon delivery and perhaps show an ID. With registered air mail the shipment has a tracking number used by the postal service to detect/retrieve undelivered or missing shipments. It does not provide an online tracking service for the customer except to show when the shipment was dispatched and when it arrived at the destination country. We do not offer registered air mail for the following countries because it complicates delivery: Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Registered air mail is particularly recommended for South America as a prevention that the mail is lost or stolen in the destination country.
Replacement guarantee for damaged seeds from delivery
We offer a replacement guarantee for all Mandala Seeds strains. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and do not open the sealed breeder pack (ie. original packaging)! We do not accept photos as proof of damage. The damaged pack must be sent back to us unopened to ensure authenticity. The Mandala Seeds breeder pack is transparent to allow good visibility to check if there is any damage to the seeds. There is no guarantee on opened packs!
We replace seeds damaged from delivery under the following conditions:
- Mandala seeds were sent in the original breeder packs
- the packaging is still sealed
- seeds are sent back to us discreetly in a bubble type envelope (do not send anything without notifying us first and receiving our instructions!).
Please note: we cannot replace seeds if you requested them to be repacked and sealed in neutral bags because these are not transparent and have to be opened to see any damage.
When do you send my order?
Orders are sent on the same or following day after receiving payment. Local holidays excluded. Western Union transfers and cash payments sent with FedEx are given high priority whenever possible. Customers are always informed of the shipping date via e-mail.

Can you provide a tracking number for my shipment?
This serice is only available for registered air mail. With registered air mail the shipment has a tracking number used by the postal service to detect/retrieve undelivered or missing shipments. It does not provide an online tracking service for the customer except to indicate if the shipment has been dispatched and if it has reached the destination country. Registered/certified air mail is available on request and costs 1,- Euro/ 2,- USD extra. You have to sign upon delivery and perhaps show an ID or write down an ID number on the postal slip. We do not offer registered air mail for the following countries because it complicates delivery: Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
