This pure Indica seed-strain comes directly from the massive mountain range for which it is named. This cultivar has been selected for quality and stability over countless generations, always breeding within its own gene pool. Hindu Kush produces very consistent seedlings and is an excellent variety for uniform indoor crops grown straight from seed. Plants are dark green, squat and powerful with classic, broad-bladed Indica leaves. In warmer climates, below about 42°N, Hindu Kush can flourish outdoors.
Flowering is strong and reliable, producing fast harvests of thick Afghani buds even in the hands of a novice grower. Hindu Kush has a subtle scent of sandalwood tinged with the sweet aroma of fresh charas. Potency is remarkably high for a non-hybrid strain, with the mellow, positive body vibration possessed by the famous high-altitude Indicas. Hindu Kush also imparts a calm, contemplative mental state, instead of the brain-numbing stone of later Indica, Afghanica and Skunk hybrids.

Jack Herer bears the distinction of being distributed under prescription by Dutch pharmacies as a recognised variety of medicinal-grade cannabis.

The sublime blend of tropical Sativa high and monstrous Indica resin production captured in Jack Herer must be seen and sampled to be believed. At their peak, buds are so thickly smothered with clear trichomes that they appear sugar-frosted or sparkling with dew-drops. This crystal-coating extends to spear-leaves, fan leaves and even to Jack’s stems and stalks.
Plants from seed show favourable variation, due to Jack Herer’s complex background and delicate balance right at the cusp of Sativa and Indica. Enhanced features from both sides of the family are strongly evident and are expressed in different combinations, allowing growers to select mother plants tailored to their circumstances and tastes. Three of Jack’s four main phenotypes are heavily Sativa-influenced while the fourth has a growth pattern leaning towards Indica - fast-flowering and relatively compact with a dense, expansive, rounded bud structure that’s suited to cash-cropping. Jack’s Sativa phenotypes can also produce a good per-metre or per-plant yield when cultivated skilfully, though it is rare for these crops to be sold commercially. The trait common to all Jack Herer phenotypes is a dazzling double-edged potency - a stratospheric cerebral high underpinned by a breathtaking body-buzz with seismic power. Smokers should be prepared to feel the earth shake beneath their feet - which can be a very pleasant feeling when your head is firmly in the clouds.

The genetics of the strain were selected by Jorge from the 25 year old "Research Gene Pool" of Dutch Passion. Jorge's Diamond is a unique resin-packed indica-dominant strain that is potent, sweet, flavorful and incredibly smooth smoking. The rare indica-dominant genes are mixed with just the right amount of sativa to give the smoke a very strong soaring long-lasting high. The exceptional taste and aroma are fruity and sweet. The insatiable taste is sweet and similar to wild honey smothered in raspberries. The strain is almost maintenance free, also spider mites and other pests know to leave Jorge’s Diamonds #1 alone.

 Medical note: By Thin Layer Chromatography the THC percentage was calculated at 16 to 18%, while the strain (medical note) is high in THCV, CBD and CBN.

MOTAVATION (F.K.A. London Memories) It took us a while longer than expected, but finally it's here. The long awaited successor of the "Starwarz" & "Medizin Power", "Motavation". A short/squat Indica-dominant hybrid with moderate stretch at flowering, a little leafy but covered with resin so its almost a waste to manicure the buds. Very suitable for indoor/closet growing although some training/bending during the first 2 weeks of flowering is recommended to create an even canopy. It will develop a powerful aroma that is somewhat sweet with a touch of turpentine or fresh paint. The high is an overwhelming body stone that will nail you to the couch while your thoughts drift away. You will have the greatest ideas and make many plans, but yet, will not have the urge to execute them right away. If you have any trouble making it thru the long winter evenings, the Motavation will make them pass by as if they never happened.

Upon release, Mother's Finest was an instant hit, winning first place for Sativa at the 2002 HTCC just a few months later. Mother's Finest is more a Hazey offshoot of the Herer line than a direct Jack-descendant. However, just like Jack Flash, Mother's Finest is best understood as a purposeful fine-tuning of Jack Herer’s multi-faceted gene pool. Mother's Finest - with her sweet-sour flavour rush and ecstatic cerebral high - represents the Haze-dominant side of the family Naturally, the most Sativa-leaning examples of Mother's Finest will require the full flowering time, though this is still a considerably shorter period than comparable Haze hybrids. Less frequent phenotypes with a stronger Indica influence can mature in eight weeks. Mother's Finest gains height quickly when blooming, even in her more Indica form, so growers with limited upward space should flower early. Like other mostly-Sativa hybrids, this strain can be put into 12/12 as rooted clones or small seedlings.
The conical bud formation takes shape early in flowering as profuse sprays of long-haired calyxes sprint along the stem and branches to join up the clusters at each internode. In later weeks, the spear-shaped colas expand into impressive lime green stalactites of crystal-smothered bud. Some phenotypes display extra-vigorous production, forcing calyxes into miniature peaks at the top and sides of large buds, giving the main colas a wickedly horned look. Elements of musky, fruity skunk and earthy Afghanica are clearly detectable beneath the sharp pine-Haze aroma of Mother's Finest buds.
